基于价值特征的城市中心区步行系统建构

步行系统是城市中心区各类活动的重要空间载体,对城市中心区人性化品质提升具有不可替代的重要作用。步行优先是城市中心区空间营造的重要价值观。为将步行优先的价值观系统理性地落实到具体空间要求,明确指导城市中心区空间设计实践,提出基于“价值特征”的设计方法。价值特征是指设计的价值观及其引领下的空间特征。基于价值特征的设计方法是指,明确设计的价值观,并建立基于价值观的价值特征体系,进而落实到具体设计的思路和方法。通过“价值观、空间特征”2个层次,实现价值观在空间设计中的落实。在步行优先价值观的引领下,建立包含“目标价值特征、本体价值特征、支撑价值特征”的城市中心区步行系统价值特征体系,阐释其具体价值特征内涵,提出多元价值特征耦合的设计框架,指导步行优先的城市中心区设计实践。

City Center Pedestrian System Construction Basedon Value Characteristics

The pedestrian system is an important spatial carrier forvarious types of activities in city center and plays an irreplaceableand important role in improving the humanistic quality of citycenter. Pedestrian priority is an important value for creating space incity center. In order to rationally and systematically implement thevalue of pedestrian priority into specific spatial requirements, and toclearly guide spatial design practice in city centers, a design methodbased on "value characteristics" is proposed. Value characteristicsrefer to the values of the design and the spatial characteristicsunder the guidance of them. The value characteristics-baseddesign methodology refers to the design methodology thatdefines the values of the design and establishes a system of valuecharacteristics based on the values, and then implements them intothe specific design. Through the two levels of "values and spatialcharacteristics", the implementation of values in spatial design isrealized. Under the guidance of pedestrian priority values, a valuecharacteristics system for the pedestrian system in city center isestablished, which includes "target value characteristics, ontologyvalue characteristics and supporting value characteristics", and theconnotations of the specific value characteristics are explained. Adesign framework for the coupling of multiple value characteristicsis proposed, guiding the practice of design in city center based onpedestrian priority.
