| 摘 要： | 分析了普通变频涡旋压缩机动静涡旋齿间的径向密封机理,找出了普通变频涡旋压缩机动静涡旋齿间的径向密封存在问题的根源.设计了一种新型径向密封机构,该机构既能保证压缩机在较宽变频范围内仍具有较好的密封性能,又能实现动涡盘的径向退让,同时可降低变频涡旋压缩机的曲轴和涡旋盘的加工和装配精度及动涡盘轴承的装配精度,是一种经济性和实用性均较强的机构.

| Abstract: | Some defects of radial sealing mechanism of inverter scroll compressor have been found by analyzing , and a new type of radial sealing mechanism has been designed, The mechanism not only can ensure radial sealing within all adjustable frequency range but also can perform yielding function at some extraordinary states. In the meantime, the process precision and the assemble precision of the scroll compressor can be cut down by using the radial sealing mechanism. |
