| 摘 要： | 公共体育场馆是专门修建的各类运动场所的总称,是为开展社会体育活动,提高居民素质服务的第三产业部门。从体育场馆的管理体制及发展过程、体育场馆的经营管理模式及体育场馆的公益性体育服务情况三个方面进行探讨,今后公共体育场馆应以提供公益性体育服务为定位,坚持以体为本的经营理念,进一步促进公共场馆管理运营模式的转变,以激发体育场馆提供公益性体育服务的规范性与积极性。

| Abstract: | Public sports venue is the general term for all kinds of sports areas which are specially built. It is the tertiary sector,which is for social sports activities and the development of quality of residents. From analysis on the three aspects of management system and development process,stadium management mode,and stadiums＇ commonweal service,this paper puts forward that the public stadiums should provide public sports services,adhere to the body-centered business philosophy,so that to further promote the transformation of management mode and stimulate the normativity and positivity to provide stadiums＇ commonweal service. |
