| 摘 要： | 高职院校企业导师制是高等职业院校聘请企业管理者或技术专家担任学生兼职导师的一种新型教育管理模式。该模式是以企业为视角,着眼学生的企业情境教育、职业素养教育、专业认知教育、职业意识教育,通过企业导师实施职业引导、提供就业指导、带来企业文化的创新举措,能更好地实现高职教育以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以培养生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的技术应用性人才的总体目标。

| Abstract: | Enterprise tutorial system of higher vocational college is a new educational management mode in hiring enterprise managers or technical experts as part-time student tutors in higher vocational colleges. In the perspective of enterprises,the mode focuses on students＇ enterprise situation education,professionalism education,professional cognition education and occupation consciousness education. This mode carries out career guide,provides employment guidance and brings innovative measures of enterprise culture based on enterprise tutorial system. This could help better realize the service purpose of higher vocational education,and the overall aim to cultivate applied talents which can meet the demands of production,construction management and service. |
