淬火处理对Cu-Al合金热膨胀性能的影响

摘    要:利用膨胀仪测试了Cu-Al合金在25~700℃的热膨胀系数,探讨了淬火处理对Cu-Al合金热膨胀性能的影响.结果表明:淬火处理能改变Cu-Al合金的热膨胀系数,Cu-Al合金淬火处理后的热膨胀系数在290~408℃时小于铸态Cu-Al合金的热膨胀系数.其余温度区间均大于铸态Cu-Al合金的热膨胀系数.

Abstract:The thermal expansion coefficients of Cu-Al alloy at 25~700 ℃ were measured by thermal dilatometer, and the effects of quenching treatment on thermal expansion characteristics of Cu-Al alloy were studied. The results show that quenching treatment can change the thermal expansion coefficients of Cu-Al alloy, and the thermal expansion coefficients of Cu-Al alloy as-quenched is less than that of Cu-Al alloy as-cast at 290~408 ℃, but is larger than that of Cu-Al alloy as- cast at other temperature.
