微机监测铁水表面张力装置的试验研究

摘    要:作者用最大气泡压力法原理测定铁水表面张力,该测定装置用差压变送器和微机代替传统的U型或斜管压力计,提高了测量精度。测定了铁水温度和铸型成分等对铁水表面张力的影响。对于用双管法代替单管法测定铁水表面张力,做了些实验,提出了看法。

Abstract:Using the principle of maximum blowhole pressure, we measure surface tension of metal. This device replaces the traditional U-shaped pressure gauge or inclined tube one with differental pressure transfer set and microcomputer, improving the precision of measurement. We test the influence of metal temperature and components of the mold upon surface tension of metal. We also experi-ment in and give our views on repiacing the single tube way with the double tube way in measurement of surface tension of metal.
