泡沫铝冲击吸能器参数的优化设计

摘    要:对泡沫铝冲击吸能器的安装方式进行设计与简化,在此基础上建立泡沫铝冲击吸能器的数学模型,利用MATLAB优化工具箱对泡沫铝冲击吸能器的数学模型进行优化求解,得出优化后吸能元件的参数。研究表明,优化设计后吸能器的吸能能力和稳定性得到了提高,优化后结构的比吸能也明显高于优化前,优化效果十分显著。优化设计可为设计和开发泡沫铝吸能器质优产品,提供可靠实用的借鉴和可行的理论依据。

Abstract:The paper conducts the design and predigestion on installation mode of aluminum foam energy-absorption implement. With the help of MATLAB optimize toolbox, the mathematics model of aluminum foam energy-absorption implement is established, calculating the mathematics model and educing parameters of the energy-absorption element after optimizing. The study demonstrates that the energy-absorption property and stability of the energy-absorption implement enhanced, and specific energy absorption will also enhance, the optimizing effect is quite prominence. The optimizing design of this paper will provide trustiness use for reference and feasible theory gist for designing and empoldering foam-filled energy-absorption implement.
