新型蜂窝紧凑螺旋板换热器及其性能研究

摘    要:介绍一种新型高效换热器——蜂窝紧凑螺旋板换热器的结构及试验研究情况。试验结果表明,该换热器的总传热系数能达到普通螺旋板式换热器的1.5倍以上,同时总压力降仅增加20%左右,单位压力降的传热系数平均提高了10~20 W/(m~2·℃·kPa),从理论上证明了此新型换热器性能的优越性。

Abstract:The construction and tests of a new high-efficiency compact heat exchanger—Honeycomb Spiral-Plate Heat Exchanger(HSPHE) have been introduced.The test results demonstrate that the total heat transfer coefficient(K) of the HSPHE is 1.5 times that of common spiral-plate heat exchangers,the total pressure drop is only increased by about 20%and the average heat transfer coefficient per unit pressure drop has been increased by 10-20 W/(m~2·℃·kPa),which are the advantages of the heat exchanger.
