超声波破碎Thraustochytrium提取脂质的研究

摘    要:本文研究了超声波破碎破囊壶菌细胞及其脂质提取的方法,并对脂质脂肪酸组成进行了分析.实验结果表明,超声波能有效破碎破囊壶菌细胞,从而可使脂质得率提高60%;脂质脂肪酸组成以DHA为主,含量高达60%以上,其它脂肪酸含量均不到10%.

Abstract:The ultrasonication of Thraustochytrium and the lipids extraction from it were studied, and the fatty acid composition of lipids was analyzed. The results showed that the ultrasonication disruptred Thraustochytrium effectively so that the lipid yield was raised by 60%. DHA, the main fatty acid in lipids,was mord than 60%,and other fatty acids were under 10%.
