摘    要:论述了新型无毒长效船舶海洋防污涂料的制备技术开发与示范。试验从树脂单体合成开始,设计完整防污涂层(包含船舶主体涂层),并测试其最终防污效果,并对最终形成的涂装体系进行低表面能防污能力和防腐能力的综合评价,最后对自释型船舶防污涂层的应用和实地效果评价手段提出了一些建议。

Abstract:This paper narrates the preparation technology of novel non-toxicity long-effect antifouling coatings and the application cases.The experiments are started from the synthesis of the resin monomer,and the whole antifouling coatings system is designed,including the ship hull coating.The final antifouling effect of the coatings is tested and low surface energy antifouling effect and anticorrosion effect are evaluated synthetically.Finally,this paper put forward some suggestions on the use of self-releasing ship antifouling coatings and field effect evaluation methods.
