喷雾干燥型乳酸菌制剂活化增殖条件的研究

摘    要:文章以喷雾干燥型乳酸菌制剂为原料,研究了活化用葡萄糖溶液浓度、培养温度、培养基起始pH值三个因素对该乳酸菌制剂活化增殖情况的影响,并用响应面分析法对其活化增殖条件进行了优化.结果表明:当活化用葡萄糖溶液浓度1.83%、温度36.51℃、起始pH值6.89时,乳酸菌菌液OD值达到最大,即此条件下该乳酸菌制剂活化增殖情况最好.

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of three factors included glucose solution concentration,temperature and initial pH value to the activation and proliferation conditions of lactobacillus using the spray-dry acid bacteria as the raw material,and optimizes its activation and proliferation conditions using response surface methodology.The results show that under the conditions that glucose solution concentration 1.83%,temperature at 36.51 and initial pH value 6.89,the OD value can reach the maximum and the activation and proliferation of this spray-dried acid bacteria is the best.
