摘    要:为了使管道的强度和严密性达到设计的规定,往往在管道安装完毕或检修后对输油管道进行压力试验,目前输油管道压力试验的通常做法是采用水压试验。本文对水压试验法中的压力容积试压方法的优缺点和适用条件进行分析,并结合GB50268—2008给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范,对水压试验管道中存气量产生的原因以及对水压试验的影响进行进一步分析,提出了减少存气量的方法,从而达到优化现有水压试验工艺的目的。

Process Optimization of Buried Pipe Hydraulic Test in Gas Station

Abstract:In order to make the pipeline's strength and rigor achieve the design rules, the pipeline pressure test was conducted after pipe installation or maintenance. At present, usually used hydraulic test to test the pressure of pipeline. Advantages or disadvantages and applicable conditions of the method of pressure volume test were analyzed. Combined with GB50268 - 2008, the causes of volume of gas and its impact on the hydrostatic test were analyzed. Series of measures to reduce stored volume were proposed, so as to ontimize the,method of hydraulic pressure test.
