摘    要:介绍了传统故障限流技术发展现状和应用情况.提出了一种具有串联补偿功能的短路故障电流限制器(FCL)-由电容器、限流电感、快速开关、ZnO避雷器、可控火花间隙组成.电网正常运行时,电容和限流电感接入对电网起串联补偿作用,发生短路故障时,快速开关迅速动作FCL呈感性限制短路电流.用MATLAB对单机一无穷大系统发生三相短路故障情况下的系统进行仿真,仿真结果表明该FCL具有限流效果好,限流速度快,无电能损耗的优点.

Abstract:In this paper, the status and application of traditional fault current limiter technology was described, and the short -circuit fault current limiter (FCL) with series compensation was discussed, composed of capacitor, limiting reactor, fast transfer switch, ZnO arrester and controllable spark gap. The capacitance and limiting reactor are accessed to power grid for series compensation during normal operation. Once the short circuit fault occurred, the fast switching rapidly action and the short circuit current is limited because the FCL is inductive. The stand-a- lone infinite system with three-phase short circuit fault is simulated by MATLAB. The simulation results show that the effect of FCL is good.
