摘    要:为解决循环冷却水中无机缓蚀剂易对环境产生二次污染的问题,本实验研究了溶菌酶、过氧化氢酶、脂肪酶、漆酶等不会造成二次污染的生物缓蚀剂在循环冷却水中的缓蚀作用,并通过生物酶与有机缓蚀剂聚天冬氨酸的复配以期取得更好的缓蚀效果。实验结果表明单体酶试剂中过氧化氢酶的缓蚀效果最好,复配药剂在溶菌酶、脂肪酶、聚天冬氨酸分别为10 mg/L、50 mg/L、50 mg/L时有良好的缓蚀效果,腐蚀速度控制在0.005 mm/a,缓蚀率95%以上。

Abstract:To avoid the problem that inorganic corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water produce secondary pollution on the environment, the experiment was designed to study the corrosion inhibition effect in circulating cooling water system of lysozyme, eatalase, lipase, and lacease which made no secondary contamination and better corrosion effect was expected by compound method. The experiment showed that among all single enzymatic reagent, catalase had the best corrosion inhibition effect, and compound experiment had the best corrosion inhibition effect with the amount of 10 mg/L, 50 mg/L and 50 mg/L in lysozyme, lipase and polyaspartic acid, respectively. When the corrosion speed was controlled at 0. 005 ram/a, the inhibition efficiency was above 95%.
