摘    要:采用超声波法提取金银花中的多酚类物质。通过单因素试验研究了乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声温度和超声时间等因素对提取效率的影响。在此基础上,选择乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声温度和超声时间进行L9(34)正交试验,得出总多酚的最佳提取工艺参数:乙醇体积分数为50%,料液比为1∶25(g·mL-1),超声温度为50℃,超声时间为2.0 h,最大提取率达到2.920%。

Abstract:Polyphenols were extracted from Honeysuckle Flower by ultrasonic method. The effects of four tactors on the extraction, including alcohol concentration, material/solvent ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic times were studied by single factor test. Based on the single factor experiment, the effects of alcohol volume fraction, material/solvent ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic times were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal experiment. The optimal parameters were determined that the concentration of ethanol was 50% , the ratio of Honeysuckle Flower to ethanol was 1 : 25 ( g·mL^-1 ), leaching temperature was 50 ℃, time was 2. 0 h, and the maximum extraction rate was 2. 920%.
