贵州某高岭土除铁试验研究

摘    要:贵州某硬质高岭土矿石中铁含量较高,不能直接利用,必须进行除铁。针对高岭土矿石中铁矿物主要为黄铁矿和弱磁性氧化铁矿物,且其嵌布粒度极细的特点,开展了浮选除铁、强磁选除铁探索试验。并在此基础上进行了强磁-酸浸及强磁-氧化酸浸试验。结果表明,采用强磁选-氧化酸浸的方法效果较好,可将高岭土中的Fe含量由1.44%降到0.75%。

Experimental Research on Certain Kaolin Deironing in Guizhou

Abstract:The kaolin deposits in Guizhou iron content was higher, can't directly use, and mineral processing test was carried out to remove iron from ore. Based on the iron minerals were mainly pyrite and weakly magnetic iron oxide with extremely fine- grained size in kaolin ore, exploratory experiment was carried out by flotation, magnetic separation. Strong magnetic separation -acid leaching test and strong magnetic separation -oxidation leaching test were carried out. Results showed that by strong magnetic separation - oxidation leaching method, the Fe content of the kaolin was from 1.44% to 0. 75%.
