三维森林资源管理与防火应急指挥系统设计与实现——以国家级昆明经济技术开发区为例

随着科技的不断进步,目前使用三维可视化手段已经可以完美实现地形数据的三维展示和查询、统计和分析等功能应用,为防火应急指挥提供科学决策依据。系统以Skyline为展示平台进行二次开发,充分利用GIS在分析、查询等方面的成熟技术,最终设计实现集森林资源管理与防火应急指挥为一体的系统,通过应用证明该系统性能稳定、先进、实用、可操作性强,达到了系统建设的预期目标,为今后在旅游展示、地籍管理、房产管理、智能交通等行业中的应用提供了宝贵的经验。
