精密数控螺母磨床用小型直驱数控回转工作台设计

摘    要:采用直驱技术制造回转功能部件目前已经成为国际机床产业的发展趋势,针对目前精密数控螺母磨床用回转工作台多采用蜗轮蜗杆传动,其结构复杂,精度不高,设计了直驱数控回转工作台,包括整体机械结构设计,电动机选型及液压夹紧系统设计.系统采用高精度力矩电动机直接驱动工作台进行运转,通过带集成角度测量系统的推力/向心轴承支承整个工作台面,并且通过液压夹紧装置完成了工作台的夹紧与松开动作.该工作台结构简单紧凑,取消了中间的传动环节,有效的提高了测量精度,为实现精确的自动分度,扩大数控机床加工范围提供了有参考价值的加工手段.

Abstract:Using Direct-driven technology to make rotary functional unit is the tendency of the intemational machine tool industry now.Due to apply the worm drive in the retary table of the current precision CNC nut gdnding machine,its structure is complex and its accuracy is low.This paper designs a direct-driven numerical control rotary table,including over-all structure and brake system designs and motor selection,to improve the working accuracy.The high-precision torque motor is used to drive the rotary table,the thrust/radial bearing with integrated angle measuring system is applied to bearing the working table and the brake system is utilized for clamping and loosing the table in this system.This working table has the advantage of simple and compact structure.Due to delete the transmission part its accuracy is higher,and it is of reference value to achieving accurate automatic indexing and expanding the working range of the numerical control machine.
