摘    要:通过复合再生剂在工业锅炉给水软化处理中的实际应用,探讨了复合再生剂替换单一钠盐再生剂的可行性,对比研究了软化器使用复合再生剂前、后锅炉水质变化的情况对工业锅炉热力系统的金属腐蚀和排污的影响,应用结果为生产企业的安全运行提供了重要依据。

Research on Complex Regenerant Application in Industrial Boiler Softened Water System

Abstract:Through complex regenerant practical application in industrial boiler feed water feasibility of complex regenerant replace single sodium salt regenerant was discussed. Changes softening treatment, the before and after using complex regenerant, the boiler water quality situation and the influence of metal corrosion and pollution discharge of industrial boiler thermal system were comparatively studied, the application results provided an important basis for safe operation of the production enterprises.
