催化裂解装置解析塔进料方式对能耗的影响

摘    要:通过分析催化裂解装置吸收-稳定系统解析塔不同的进料方式,经过参阅大量的相关文献,从节能角度出发,分别研究热进料、冷进料、冷热双股进料和中间换热流程对装置能耗的影响,现有的研究显示,采用中间换热流程可以利用稳定汽油余热,降低解析塔底再沸器热负荷,减少了能量消耗。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the catalytic cracking unit absorbing - stabilizing system analytic tower feed in different ways, after refer to a large number of relevant literature, from the perspective of energy saving, respectively research hot feed, cold feed, cold and hot twin feed and heat transfer process between the impact on the unit energy consumption. The existing studies showed that the intermediate heat transfer process stable gas waste heat can be used and reduce the resolution bottom reboiler heat load and the energy consumption.
