石化装置管廊的配管设计

管廊是石化装置中配管设计的难点。因此本文通过介绍石化装置管廊的平面布置、立面布置及其管廊上的管道布置、管道的自然补偿设计和管道支吊架的设置探讨了石化装置管廊的设计程序和考虑因数，并结合自己这几年的工程设计实践经验，给出了管廊上的管道布置图，为管道设计人员提供一些参考和借鉴。

Piping Design of Pipe Rack in Petrochemical Unit

The piping design of pipe rack was difficulty in petrochemical unit. The design procedure and consideration on pipe rack of petrochemical unit was discussed through the introduction of plan layout, elevation layout, piping layout, piping natural compensation and setting the pipe supports, and combined with engineering practical experience in recent years, a piping layout drawing of the pipe rack for piping designer was supplied to provide some references.
