国内外合成橡胶SBR1500胎面胶性能研究

摘    要:对国内(山东某石化公司A)和国外(B、C)不同厂家生产的丁苯橡胶SBR1500进行了对比试验,研究了不同厂家SBR1500使用时对胎面混炼胶的各种性能的影响。通过不同厂家丁苯胶SBR1500及其胎面胶的实验室小试和车间中试,结果表明,国内外不同厂家所生产的丁苯橡胶SBR1500的胎面胶和成品轮胎的各项理化性能相近,即不同厂家SBR1500对胎面胶性能影响不大。

Study of the Properties Comparison of Tread Compound upon Foreign and Domestic SBR1500 Companies

Abstract:A comparison test of SBR1500 made by different companies at home (A petrochemical company in Shandong Province, China, Company A) and abroad (Company B and C) was finished, and the influence of SBR1500 made by different makers to the properties of our plant tread compounds were studied. The properties of raw material rubber and its tread compounds were tested. Results showed that the compounds of SBR1500 made by domestic and foreign manufacturers had the similar performance, which indicated that different manufacturers had little effect on the properties of tread compounds.
