合成氨压缩机级间换热器抑焦技术的研究

摘    要:合成氨工艺过程中多级压缩级问换热器的结焦现象非常普遍,直接影响压缩机的运转效率和生产的正常进行,开发其结焦抑制技术是多级压缩的共性关键问题。本文以贵州开磷集团合成氨公司的压缩工段为例,对级间换热器的结焦现状及影响因素进行了分析。在结合乙烯裂解炉抑焦技术的基础上,展望了适用于合成氨级间换热器的抑焦技术。

Study on Coking Inhibition Technology for the Heat Transfer of Multicompression in Synthetic Ammonia Process

Abstract:In the condensing section of synthetic ammonia process engineering, the efficiency of the heat transfer was reduced by the serious coking phenomenon. The development of coking inhibition technology was the common problem. The main causes for coking were analyzed, through the coking phenomenon in the compression section of Guizhou Kailin (GROUP) Co. , Ltd.. The progresses of coke inhibition technologies in ethylene steam cracking weare reviewed and contrasted. Proper coking inhibition technologies for synthetic ammonia system were put forward.
