摘    要:GIS是获取、存储、分析和管理地理空间数据的重要工具.通过GIS技术在Delphi环境下的应用,设计并实现了一个架空高压线故障监控显示方案.可实现短路、断路、接地故障等多种故障的监控,并可以实现故障节点和故障线路的显示.主要实现了基本的地图创建、节点和线路信息管理、线路拓扑结构生成、故障显示等.系统通过接收高压线上各个监控模块上传的基本故障信息,对故障信息进行分析,并在地图上显示出故障位置和类型,同时给予一定的故障提示.实验表明,该方案可以很好地对故障进行监控和显示.

Abstract:GIS is an important tool which is used to acquire,save analyse and manage the spatial data.This paper uses the technology of GIS in Delphi environment to design and achieve a fault monitoring and display scheme.It can realize comprehensive monitoring of many kinds of fault such as short circuit fault,open circuit fault,earth fault,and the display of fault nodes and fault line.Its main functions are as follows:basic drawing function; node and line message management functions; line topology generation function; information hinting function and so on.The system receives the basic fault message by everymonitoring module on the high tention line,analyses of the fault message,displays the fault' s position and type on the map and gives some fault information hinting at the same time.The experimental results show that the monitoring and display of the fault can be perfectly realized in this system.
