固相合成Cr掺杂LiFePO4/C及其电化学性能

摘    要:采用固相合成法制备了Li1-xCrxFePO4/C(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04),实验结果表明:采用固相合成法制备的Cr掺杂LiFePO4/C具有完善的LiFePO4橄榄石型晶体结构。发现在Cr的掺入量为0.02摩尔分数时,表现出较好的循环性能和充放电性能,在0.1C倍率充放电时,放电比容量为159.8mAh/g。

Electrochemical Properties of Cr Doped LiFePO4/C Prepared by Solid -State Synthesis

Abstract:Li1-xCrxFePO4/C was synthesized by the solid state reaction. The results showed that the products were well crystallized. The optimum dosage of Cr was 0.02 with better rate performances and cycling stability. Electrochemical tests showed that the capacities reach 159. 8 mAh/g, when the charge discharge was 0. 1.
