| Abstract: | This paper introduces the characteristics of synchronous control in Dual-side Linear Motor H-type stage,builds its kinetic model,using SimMechanics and applies the fuzzy logic to dual linear motor position servo axes to counteract the influence of mechanical coupling and reduce the dual-driver displacement error. |
