摘    要:研究了校企共同明确培养目标,实现学生双重身份认知,建立学生自我管理能力、职业能力、职业道德的三元评价体系,形成四层递进育人模式,促进校企长效合作的顺利开展。经多年实践,增强了学生就业竞争力,建成了“双师”素质教师队伍。

Research of Long- term Cooperation between the Colleges and Enterprises Based on the Working and Learning Alternant Mode

Abstract:The together training objectives of colleges and enterprises were to realize students double identities, establish the ternary evaluation system of students self - management ability, professional ability and professional ethics, and form the four levels and progressive educational mode, then promote the long - term cooperation between colleges and enterprises smoothly. The mode improved the students' employment competitiveness and built the construction of double - qualified teachers after years of practice.
