煤制甲醇工艺甲醇合成塔的工艺设计探讨

摘    要:以30万吨/年焦炉气制甲醇项目各工序的压力、温度、介质成分、流量等工艺条件,确定合成塔设备排热量及结构形式。甲醇合成塔又称甲醇合成反应器,是甲醇装置中的核心设备之一,也是合成工段中最关键的设备,合成塔为立式绝热管壳型反应器,管内装有C306型低压合成甲醇催化剂,本设计的目的是按照工艺要求设计甲醇合成工段甲醇合成塔,为压力容器设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Taking 300000 tons/year methanol project of coke oven gas as the pressure of each process, process conditions, such as temperature, medium composition, flow rate, determine the synthesis tower equipment heat released and structure form. Methanol synthesis tower, also known as methanol synthesis reactor, was one of the core equipment of the plant, as well as the most key equipment of synthesis section, synthetic tower for vertical adiabatic tubular reactors, tube containing C306 type low- pressure methanol synthesis catalyst, the purpose was to design according to the technological requirements of methanol synthesis process of methanol synthesis tower, and provided theoretical basis for pressure vessel design.
