异步电动机分级变频软启动仿真研究

摘    要:阐述了异步电动机分级变频软启动的基本原理,基于Matlab/Simulink建立了异步电动机分级变频软启动控制系统仿真模型.该软启动器采用7、5、4、2分级变频,切换为工频时采用单神经元PID算法实现限流.仿真结果表明所设计的分级变频软启动控制策略有效降低了启动电流,提高了启动转矩,在异步电动机重载启动应用场合具有良好应用前景.

Abstract:The basic control principle of discrete variable frequency asynchronous motor soft-start is introduced In this paper.With the Matlab/Simulink simulation tool,a simulation model of this system is established.7,5,4,2 discrete variable frequencies are used in the soft-starter,and on the power frequency time,the simulation experiment of the asynchronous motor soft-starter based on single neuron PID is pelformed to limit the current.The simulation results show its control strategy validly reduces the starting current and realizes high starting torque.It has a good prospect to application of heavy loading asynchronous motor starting.
