中水处理技术在焦化行业的应用实践

简要介绍了中水处理系统的运行背景、工艺流程及运行情况，重点分析了中水处理系统的运行情况，特别是处理效果、水质前后的变化以及运行成本及效益等，同时也指出了运行过程中存在的问题及采取的解决办法。运行实践证明，采用“三法净水”一体化预处理技术与JR—EDR（新型频繁倒极电渗析）技术成套组合工艺不仅仅去除了循环水系统中的浊度、悬浮物，还去除了水中的硬度、胶体、盐、重金属离子等，处理后水质满足循环冷却水水质的要求，有效的提高和保证了循环冷却水系统运行的稳定性。

The Application of the Reclaimed Water Treatment Technology in the Coking Industry

The background, process and operating conditions of the reclaimed water treatment system were briefly introduced. The treatment effects, the changes in water quality before and after treatment and the running costs and benefits of the reclaimed water treatment system were emphatically analyzed. The operation process problems and solutions adopted were proposed. The run proved that the use of ＂three - step water purification＂ integrated pretreatment with JP - EDR （ new and frequent extreme electro - dialysis） technology sets combined process removed not only circulating water system turbidity, suspended solids, but also hardness, colloids, salts, heavy metal ions in the water. The treated water can be meeting the requirements of the circulating cooling water system and it effectively improved and ensured the run stability of the circulating cooling water system.
