十二烷基苯磺酸钠用于氨纶废丝除油的研究

摘    要:以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为清洗剂,对氨纶废丝表面进行除油。采用失重法确定最佳清洗工艺,利用能谱分析技术和红外光谱法评价其清洗效果。结果表明:在清洗剂浓度为5%、氨纶废丝:清洗剂溶液质量=1:20、清洗温度为65℃、清洗时间为1.5h的条件下,氨纶废丝表面油剂去除率达到99.4%,且清洗后的氨纶废丝理化性能不受影响。

Abstract:The finish oil on the surface of the polyurethane fiber waste was eliminated with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. Best cleaning process was determined by weighing method. Cleaning effect was evaluated by energy dispersive spectrometer and infrared spectroscopy. It showed that the removal rate of finish oil reached 99.4% when the cleaning agent concentration was 5% , polyurethane fiber waste: cleaning solution quantity = 1 : 20, cleaning temperature was 65 ℃ and cleaning time was 1.5 h. The physicochemical properties of polyurethane fiber waste after cleaning was not affected.
