热力管道应力分析及实例应用

摘    要:指出了对热力管道进行应力分析的重要性。阐述了应力分析的目的、原则、主要内容及其安全评定。由于管道应力分析技术高,一般工程人员难以完成。因此提出了热力管道应力分析的一般模型。结合实例,应用CAESARⅡ软件对热力管道进行应力计算。对应力分析过程中可能遇到的问题进行了归纳,并对解决这些问题的方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:The importance of stress analysis of heat distribution pipelines was introduced. The stress analysis of the objective, principle, main content and its safety evaluation was proposed. It was difficult for the average engineers to solve the problem for the high technique requirements. A general model for stress analysis of heat distribution pipelines was presented. The software of CAESAR lI was used to do stress calculation for thermal pipe combined with examples. Afterwards, the stress analysis of the problems was summarized that may be encountered in the process and discussed several methods to solve nroblems.
