摘    要:为解决变换工艺在运行过程中出现的换热效率下降,保护床阻力上涨的问题,通过深入分析变换工艺和设备运行情况,提出解决方案。最终采用加入一路过热中压蒸汽,提高合成气温度,使合成气由饱和湿态变为过热态。这样可使进入换热器的合成气为干态气体,不易因液滴蒸发烧结污垢黏附堵塞换热管。改造后,运行效果良好。

Abstract:Efficiency of the heat exchanging decreased and the resistance of protect bed increased that were the mainly problems in the transformation operational process. In order to solve the problems, the transformation process and equipment operation were analyzed and the solution was put forward. Finally, adding a superheated steam to improve the synthesis gas temperature, the synthesis gas became from the wet saturated to the superheated state. Synthesis gas which entered the heat exchanger was dry gas. So, the phenomenon which was caused by caked dirt adhesion to block the tube heat exchanger would not appear. And the caked dirt due to droplet evaporated, which was in synthesis gas. Finally, by the transformation, good operating results were obtained.
