油纸电容式变压器套管电气性能试验分析

摘    要:通过对72.5kV新型套管工频耐压裕度试验、局部放电裕度试验和油含气量的色谱分析,验证了改型后的套管电气性能优良,解释了套管内变压器油中的部分气体含量在运行中有所升高的原因,提出了在设计主绝缘时应注重径向和轴向绝缘平衡问题,同时建议在选用短尾套管时,用户对下瓷件长度要求不易过短。

Abstract:Through margin measurements of power frequency withstand voltage, partial discharge on new type 72.5kV bushing and dissolve gas analysis, the high electrical performance of new modified bushing design of Nanjing electric group Co. is verified. The enhancement of dissolved gas content during bushing service is explained. It is proposed that insulation balance of core in radial and axial direction shall be considered. Too short lower porcelain body is not recommended for user when the bushing with short lower end is selected.
