CARR控制棒驱动机构试验样机电磁力研究

摘    要:为获得中国先进研究堆(CARR)控制棒驱动机构电磁力及电磁场分布,对控制棒驱动机构进行了受力分析,设计制造CARR控制棒驱动机构试验样机。在试验样机上进行了电磁力试验,使用有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell对试验样机电磁场及电磁力分布进行仿真分析,计算得到了试验样机磁感应强度分布曲线和电磁力分布数据,以及永磁体磁场对电磁场的影响和结构参数对电磁力的影响。仿真结果与试验值符合较好,研究结果为CARR控制棒驱动机构电磁力研究和同类型控制棒驱动机构设计提供了参考。

Abstract:With the aim of acquiring electromagnetic force and electromagnetic field distributions of control rod drive mechanism (CRDM) in China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR), the force analysis on the CRDM was taken. Manufacturing the experimental machine, the electromagnetic force experiment was taken on it. The electromagnetic field and electromagnetic force simulation analyses of experimental machine were taken, working out distribution data of electromagnetic force and magnetic induction intensity distribution curve, and the effects of permanent magnetic field on electromagnetic field and structure parameters on electromagnetic force. The simulation value is accord with experiment value, the research results provide a reference to electromagnetic force study on CRDM in CARR, and also provide a reference to design of the same type CRDM.
