| 摘 要： | 采用丙烯酸酯化的聚酯、二丙烯酸酯齐聚体、CAB551-0.01树脂为主要成膜物,以Irgacure184为光引发剂,研制成五金底材用UV固化涂料。讨论了预聚体结构、光引发剂及稀释剂等对涂层性能的影响,以及五金底材用UV固化涂料常见问题的解决。所配制涂料的综合性能良好,具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | UV cu polyester, The influe diacrylat ring coatings for hardware substrate were developed, which were prepared by taking acrylated e oligomer, CAB 551-0.01 resin as main film forming material, and adding Irgacure 184 photoinitiator. nce of prepolymer structure, photoinitiator and thinner on the property of UV curing coatings was discussed, and common problems of the UV curing coatings for hardware substrate were resolved, the prepared coatings had good comprehensive properties and a broad application prospect. |
