SDS/CPC混合表面活性剂双水相体系

摘    要:研究阳离子表面活性剂氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPC)和阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)混合表面活性剂水溶液的双水相系统.测定并绘制双水相相图,考察了配比、温度、总浓度和外加盐氯化钠对双水相区域的影响,分析双水相的体积、密度、SDS与CPC浓度的变化规律,并观察双水相的微观结构.

Abstract:The aqueous two-phase system ( ATPS) of mixtures of anionic surfactant Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate (SDS) and cationic surfactant Cetylpyridine chloride (CPC) was studied. The phase diagrams at different temperatures were measured. The influence of ratio, concentration, temperature and the addition of salt sodium chloride ( NaCl) on the aqueous two-phase (ATP) regions was obtained. The relationship among volume, density and concentration in ATP was investigated. And the microstructures of ATP were observed by microscope.
