射孔—测试联作工艺的优化设计与研究

摘    要:最早的射孔—测试联作工艺 ,点火系统采用钢丝绳驱动点火 ,易造成误射孔及钢丝绳被拉脱等现象 ;改用液压驱动点火方式 ,点火系统的可靠性有了很大的提高 ;由液压驱动点火发展到压差式液压驱动点火 ,使其点火系统又得到进一步完善 ;同时采取了有效的井下压力计、时钟防护措施 ,设计研制了压力计减震托筒及射孔枪引爆瞬间高压释放装置等井下工具 ,施工成功率大大提高。针对其工艺本身具有的局限性 ,近几年又设计研制了“跨隔—射孔—测试联作工艺”,该工艺减少了试油工序 ,提高了施工效率 ,节约了试油成本 ,录取的地层资料更完整、准确、可靠

Abstract:The earliest DST-perforation combined operation technology using wire rope drive firing system easily causedperforating by accident and pulling slipped of wire rope;the reliability of firing system was greatly upgraded bychanging to hydraulic firing head;the firing system was further improved from hydraulic firing head developingto pressure differential hydraulic firing head,at the same time,the effective protection measures were applied todownhole pressure recorders and clocks, shock absorblling gauge carrier, instant releasing device for perforationflash high pressure and other downhole tools were developed, greatly increasing success ratio of operatoins.Considering the limitation of the techology itself, the "combined technology of straddle test with TCPperforation"has been developed in the past few years,which has minimized test procedures, increased operationefficiency and saved test costs with the data acquired more complete,more accurate and more reliable.
