| 摘 要： | 固相萃取是目前常用的一种样品预处理方法, 它具有高效、快速、方便和高选择性等特点.气相色谱是农药和药物残留分析中应用最多的分析检测方法,固相萃取和气相色谱的联用实现了样品前处理及分离分析的优化组合.综述了固相萃取和气相色谱联用技术在农药残留分析中的应用.

| Abstract: | The analytic sample preparation by solid-phase extraction(SPE) has been demonstrated to have many advantages as compared to traditional methods,such as high speed,high efficiency,high selection and so on.Gas chromatography is a regular detecting method in the analysis of pesticide residues.The united technique of SPE-GC realized the optimization of SPE and GC.In this paper,the author summarized the applications of SPE-GC in pesticide residues analysis. |
