醋酸乙烯酯共聚浆料的合成与表征

摘    要:采用半连续乳液共聚的方法合成了醋酸乙烯酯共聚浆料,对两种不同增稠工艺的浆料与甲酯浆作了性能对比,发现后增稠浆料的流动性最好,对涤/棉的粘结力最大,水溶时间大大缩短;所合成的浆料具有较高的玻璃化温度,热粘性能稳定,上浆效果良好,对涤/棉具有较好的增强保伸作用。

Abstract:In the paper, a kind of size is made from such monmers as VAc, MA, MMA and AA by semicontinuous emulsion copolymerization. The size is thickened by two processes of earlier on copolymerization stage or later on size mixing stage. The properties of both sizes are compared with the methyl acrylate size which is common used in weaving factories. As a result, the later thickened size shows betterfluidity, higher coherent strength onto polyester/cotton blended yarns and shorter dissolution time in water than the other sizes. The synthetic size has suitable glass transition temperature, and its viscosity is stable at the temperature of sizing process.After sized to polyster/cotton yarns, the size not only can increase the strength of the yarns, but also can keep their stretchability.
