双氰胺固化环氧树脂促进剂的研制

摘    要:以NiCl_2改性咪唑,生成一种配位络合物,作环氧树脂/双氰胺体系的固化促进剂。实验结果表明,Ni改性的咪唑促进剂可使环氧树脂/双氰胺体系的固化温度降低,可在中温(90~120℃)固化,并且贮存期显著增加,耐水性和耐热老化性能提高。

Abstract:The curing temperature for epoxy resin system which is cured by dicyandiamide alone is usually high. An imidazole-salt was synthesized by using NiCl_2 and imidazole, and used to accelerate the curing reaction for dicyandiamide and epoxy resin. The results showed that the curing temperature of this system was decreased to the moderate temperature from 90 to 120 ℃, and the storage time, moisture resistance and heat resistance of the epoxy resin were also improved.
