我国高新技术园区发展的理论综述与现实对策

高新技术园区是指由政府或企业为实现一定发展目标而创立的特殊区域环境。随着科学技术的进步,发挥高技术产业在国民经济中的作用和建设高技术产业园区问题越来越引起各界的广泛重视。从高新区建立的理论基础出发,主要通过对当代世界范围内高新技术园区发展状况的总结,以及对我国现阶段高新区建设实际情况的分析,目的在于为我国的高新区发展中遇到的和可能遇到的一些问题寻求适当的解决方法和预防措施。

The zone of high technique industries is a special district to be pointed by government or business enterprises to realize certain development target.Along with the technical advance in science,the problem of developing the high technique industry and developing the area become more and more important in the national economy.This article is based on the theories that for the high technique area establishment.From the research to develop the condition of high technique in current world high technique park,and the analysis of actural circumstance in current and high technique area in our country developments,with the problem that may be met in the Chinese high technique park development,the author looked for an appropriate solution to prevent mistakes in the development.
