Abstract:In order to improve the training efficiency of the substation hybrid inspection training system for trainees,and increase the students’sense of experience and learning interest,a smart substation hybrid inspection training system based on VR technology is designed,which combines with the electrical characteristics and movement characteristics of the equipment through SolidWorks and 3D Max.The substation equipment scene is constructed together with the physical characteristics,and 3D Max software is used to create a three-dimensional virtual substation scene,which is convenient for students to roam and inspect in the three-dimensional scene.In the experiment,through the transformer accident simulation experiment,the trainees can experience the accident scene and learn the operation and handling process of the accident.The experimental results show that the proposed system can quickly detect and record abnormalities and accidents of substation equipment.The detection content is more comprehensive,the system has strong compression resistance,data transmission delay is short,and inspection efficiency is high.
