摘    要:为提高变电站的三维设计效果,需勘测变电站地形坡度。提出基于点云数据分类的机载雷达地形坡度勘测方法。采用机载雷达回波扫描技术采集地形坡度勘测数据。结合像素点跟踪识别法,重构地形坡度勘测过程中三维图像。采用三维光学检测技术采样机载雷达地形坡度勘测点云数据,结合中值滤波法和平均值滤波方法,增强地形坡度点云信息分类结果,获取地形信息中的高程信息,在地理信息系统中形成等高线图,实现变电站三维地形坡度勘测和优化设计。仿真实验结果表明,所提地形坡度勘测方法的勘测准确性较高,有效提高了变电站三维空间规划能力。

Abstract:In order to improve the 3D design effect of substation,it is necessary to survey the terrainslope of substation.An airborne radar terrain slope survey method based on point cloud data classification is proposed.Airborne radar echo scanning technology is used to collect terrain slope survey data.Combined with the pixel tracking recognition method,the 3D image of terrain slope survey is reconstructed.Using 3D optical detection technology,sampling survey of airborne radar terrain slope point cloud data,combined with the median filtering method and mean filtering method,the classification results of terrain slope point cloud information are enhanced,the elevation informationin terrain information is obtained,and contour map is formed in the geographic information system,so as to realize 3D terrain slope survey and the optimization design of substation.Simulation results show that the accuracy of the proposed terrain slope survey method is high and the 3D spatial planning ability of the substation is effectively improved.
