摘    要:用RP-HPLC测定竹节参中人参皂苷Rb1的含量,采用Venusil ABS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm5,μm),以乙腈-水(35∶65)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,检测波长203 nm。结果表明,人参皂苷Rb1在25~500μg/mL间线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为99.64%,RSD=1.52%。该方法快速、准确、重现性好,可用于竹节参中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定。

Abstract:Determination of the content of ginsenoside Rb1 in Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer. The analytical column was Venusil ABS C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(35 : 65). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results showed that the linear range of ginsenoside Rb1 was at 25×500 μg/mL (r = 0.999 4) , and the average recovery was 99.64% , RSD was 1.52%. The method is quick, accurate, good reproducibility and can be used for the content determination of ginsenoside Rb1 in Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer.
