摘    要:电炉设备中短网阻抗值决定着炉子的电效率,而短网阻抗大小主要取决于短网感抗,因此短网感抗的计算在短网设计中至关重要。在工程实际中短网的感抗受众多因素影响,计算非常繁杂。针对3500kVA矿热炉短网结构,分析了短网感抗的计算方法,并计算得到了U相短网的感抗。

Abstract:The electrical efficiency of furnace is restricted by the impedance mainly decided by the inductive reactance of short network, so it is important to calculate the inductive reactance of short network. In a practical project, the inductive reactance is affected by many factors and its calculation is complicated. According to the short network structure of the 3 500 kVA ore smelting electric arc furnace, this paper analyses the calculation method of short network inductive reactance and calculates the inductive reactance of U-phase.
