用开关电容网络改善DC-DC变换器性能的研究

摘    要:将串并电容组合结构,极性反转开关电容网络和推挽开关电容网络和buck,boost,Cuk及buck-boost等传统DC-DC变换器相结合,构成一系列新的变换器拓扑结构。理论分析和实验结果秀助于提高具有悬殊电压变化比的DC-DC变换器的工作频率和动态响应,还能拓宽变换器的电压变换范围。

Abstract:A family of new DC DC converters is obtained by combining series parallel capacitor set,reversed switched capacitor network and push pull switched capacitor network with traditional DC DC converters,such as buck,boost,Cuk and buck boost converter Experiment and analysis demonstrate that the switching frequency and dynamic behaviour can be improved for a DC DC converter with large voltage ratio by using the new techniques And a wider voltage conversion range is also obtainable for the new converter
