摘    要:研究了影响机械产品开发与创新的市场战略目标制定的主要因素,并就如何采用SPACE法对机械产品开发与创新项目在实施过程中市场战略目标的制定进行了阐述。建议把企业外部环境分析与企业内部条件分析结合起来.把机会与威胁、强项与弱项的分析结合起来,从中发现和提出开展机械产品开发与创新的市场活动需要解决的一系列战略课题,从而为制定企业产品创新的市场战略提供科学的依据。

Abstract:This paper studies the major factors which influence on the market strategy for machinery products development and innovation, elaborates the application of SPACE method for defining market strategy target during the process of machinery products development and innovation. It is suggested that combine external envinmnent analysis with internal condition analysis, combine the analysis of opportunity with threat and strength with weakness, from which to discover or propose a series of subjects for machinery develpoment and innovation to provide the scientific base for definition of enterprise market strategy.
