| 摘 要： | 小铁山铅锌矿采矿方法的改变和部分采掘设备的更新，虽在采矿方法上取得了成功，但在引进部分采掘设备等方面存在着问题，强调企业在进行技术改造时，要切实结合矿山的实际，才能提高矿山的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Ahhough the mining method in Xiaotieshan Mine has been improved and some mining equipment have been renewed, there are stiU some problems exist. Therefore, it is necessary to earry out teehnieal reform eombined with aetual situation of the mine to improve file economie henefit. |
