有机锑润滑油添加剂的制备与性能评定

摘    要:合成了二烷基二硫代磷酸锑和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑两类有机锑化合物作为润滑油添加剂。梯姆肯和四球试验结果表明,有机锑化合物具有良好的极压性能和承载能力,但随着烷基相对分子质量的增大,性能逐渐减弱。抗氧化性和热稳定性试验结果表明,有机锑化合物具有较好的抗氧化性能,随烷基的增大,热稳定性不断提高。

Abstract:Antimony dialkyldithiophosphates and antimony dialkyldithiocarbamates were synthesized as lubricant additives. Timken and four ball testers were used to evaluate their properties. The results showed that these organo-antimony compounds possessed good extreme pressure property and good load carrying capacity, however, their abilities were weakened with increase of the molecular weight of alkyl group. The oxidation and thermal stability tests showed that they exhibited quite good oxidation resistance property, and their thermal stabilities were improved with increase of the molecular weight of alkyl group.
